Individual counseling in Tucson for anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth.
Helping clients build stability, insight, and meaningful change through structured, compassionate counseling.

Reaching out for support can feel uncomfortable, especially when life feels heavy or you are not sure where to begin. You do not have to sort through it all by yourself.
As a Behavioral Health Technician, I support adults who are working toward greater insight, stability, and forward movement in their lives. I have more than five years of experience in behavioral health settings, and I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Counseling to continue strengthening the care I provide.
I often work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, difficulty setting boundaries, and uncertainty about their next steps. I am also especially drawn to working with court-ordered clients who need both support and accountability as they move through that process.
My approach is tailored to you and what will be most helpful in your daily life. Together, we look at patterns, build practical skills, and work toward steady progress that feels meaningful and realistic. I use thoughtful questions and honest conversation to help you explore your experiences, increase self-awareness, and move toward clearer decisions.
People often experience me as warm, respectful, and direct. I want you to feel supported in our work, but I also believe meaningful progress requires honesty, effort, and accountability.
Therapy can bring up difficult emotions, and this work is not always easy. Even so, I aim to create an environment where you can show up as yourself, speak openly, and do the work without feeling like you have to hide parts of your experience.
I cannot do the work for you, but I will walk alongside you as we build on your strengths, work through past experiences, and challenge patterns or beliefs that may be holding you back.
When you are ready, we can begin taking practical, steady steps toward the life you want to build.

Individual counseling may focus on a variety of concerns depending on each client’s goals and experiences. Below are some of the areas Hailey commonly addresses.
Clients seek counseling for many different reasons, and this list is not exhaustive. During the initial consultation or intake, concerns and goals are discussed to determine whether counseling at BrighterView Counseling is a good fit.

CBT focuses on how thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes affect feelings and behaviors. It can help you view challenges clearly and respond effectively. You will be able to de-stress, manage emotions, resolve conflict, and live a more balanced life.
In a nutshell, mindfulness is paying attention in a special way: consciously, without judgment, and with relaxation. You will learn to identify shifts in mood without sabotaging, or engaging in negative thinking patterns. This will allow you to be present and able to fully embrace life.
Your relationship with yourself and others is central to happiness and well-being. Negative thoughts and actions can keep you stuck, holding you back from unlocking your true self. Together, we will explore how your strengths are overlooked and underappreciated tools that can initiate transformation.
Life can be complicated and sometimes you need supportive problem-solving. SFT helps shift attention and energy toward moving forward, instead of looking back on ‘what could have been.’ It places an emphasis on developing realistic solutions and helps you get through that temporary bump in the road.
