Court & Probation Partners

BrighterView Counseling offers a comprehensive Domestic Violence Program with four groups, so every referred client is placed in content that fits their case:

• Men’s IPV Group (now enrolling): Saturdays, 10:30 am–12:00 pm, in person
• Women’s IPV Group (coming soon): TBC, in person
• Men’s Non-IPV Group (forming): Mondays, 6:30–8:00 pm, telehealth
• Women’s Non-IPV Group (forming): Thursdays, 6:00–7:30 pm, telehealth

Groups that are forming begin once enough participants enroll. Referred clients can complete intake now and are placed as soon as their group is ready. Learn more about the Domestic Violence Program.

BrighterView Counseling is approved by the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) to provide misdemeanor domestic violence treatment statewide. We are also an approved provider for Tucson City Court and Pima County Adult Probation (Superior Court, Justice Court, and Consolidated Justice Court cases). If your court has its own approval process, contact us and we’ll work through it with you.

An income-based sliding fee scale starts group sessions at $25, so cost is less of a barrier to program completion. See DV program fees.

With the client’s written authorization:

• Intake and enrollment confirmation
• Attendance and participation updates
• Completion documentation

We accept referrals from courts, probation, the Arizona Department of Child Safety, attorneys, and community providers. Clients may also self-refer.
