How to Qualify

Complete the Income Verification Form in your client portal and upload proof of income before your intake.

Until your income is verified, fees are charged at the Tier 4 rate. The sliding fee scale is optional; clients who choose not to apply pay Tier 4 rates.

Income information is kept confidential and is never shared with courts or probation.

Accepted proof of income includes:

Recent pay stubs
Most recent tax return
Benefit or award letter
No-income declaration (on the Income Verification Form)

Missed Sessions

A missed or late-canceled group session is charged at your tier's group rate. Arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a missed session. A missed individual counseling session is charged the full $50.

Other Fees

Additional professional fees may apply for required coordination, reporting, or documentation for courts or referral partners. Any such fees will be disclosed in advance and provided through a Good Faith Estimate.
